Tim Anderson
Tim Anderson is the author and owner of the Japanese soul food restaurant Nanban in London. In 2011, he impressed the judges of the British series MasterChef with his Japanese-inspired dishes and won the season. His love of this cuisine was sparked as a teenager when he watched the Japanese cookery programme Iron Chef. He learnt the necessary knowledge and craft in Los Angeles and then in Tokyo.
