Timeless, elegant cooking spatula made of wild cherry wood which are manufactured in the sawmill Arai - a mountain village with a lot of nature.

The smooth sanded surface is embedded with natural oil and develops a beautiful patina with use.

The town of Tsuchi in the city of Nakatsugawa in Gifu Prefecture has long been known for its excellence in wood production and is home to the sacred tree used for the ceremonial laying of the Ise Jingu Shrine. The beautiful curves and fine workmanship are a testament to craftsmanship.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the "Tsuchi Town Excellent Wood Production Study Group" to support its diverse activities such as forest conservation, tree planting, urban development and succession training.
