Fresh, dry Junmai with a beautiful flavour. Brewed with peony blossom yeast. The use of shikokumai gives it a delicate pink colour.

Brewery Rihaku:
Founded in Shimane Prefecture in 1882, the brewery is named after the great Chinese poet Rihaku (Li Bai, AD701-762). The Rihaku brewery`s top priority is quality and sourcing the best regional rice.
