Brewed with marigold flower yeast, it develops aromas of walnut and roasted cereals. The traditional Yamahai brewing method produces a fine acidity that harmonizes well with the umami taste. Can also be enjoyed warm.

Amabuki
Founded in 1688, the name Amabuki means "sky wind". Sake rice from the Saga Plain (Saga Prefecture) and mild water from Seburi Mountain are processed by brewmasters of the younger generation. Flower yeast sake is a new and successful development at the brewery. They grow their own sake rice without the use of pesticides.
