An exhilarating interplay of sweet and sour taste and fine bubbles from bottle fermentation. Low alcohol content and mild acidity.
Aromas of lychee, peach, rose petals, pineapple and wild strawberries. Low alcohol content and mild acidity. Fine sweetness and light fruitiness. Perfect as an aperitif, with creamy cheese and fruit.

Fukuju
Founded in 1751, brewed with wild care from the best sake rice and spring water. The brewery is located in the famous sake village of "Nada" in Kobe in Hyogo Prefecture. Sake from "Nada" was already known throughout Japan during the Shogunate period (17th-19th century) due to its high quality. The mineral-rich spring water "Miyamizu" gives the sake a clear and strong taste. This is why Nada sake is called "Otoko sake, the manly one".
