Brewed using the Yamahai method and flavoured in Japanese cedar wood barrels. The sake has a mild, smooth cedar wood aroma and a pure, clear flavour with a slight acidity. Flavours of wood, mirabelle plum, leather and plum are also noticeable. Dry and slightly astringent.

Hanatomoe
The Miyoshino brewery is located in Nara Prefecture, surrounded by the famous zenbon sakura (thousand cherry blossoms). In the midst of this beautiful natural spectacle, the brewery brews high-quality premium sake. They use clear, soft and slightly sweet water from an old spring, called "Yuzuriha", from Mount Omine, as well as a new sake rice variety from Nara. Brewing is done "face to face" with the aim of delivering only the best to their customers.
