Aromatic Junmai Daiginjo with notes of fresh strawberries and steamed rice. The flavour is juicy and full-bodied. Rare sake with black koji, which brings a nice acidity and a long finish.

Brewery Ikekame:
Founded in 1875 on the Chikugo River in Fukuoka by a famous sword-fighting master with the pioneering spirit to brew sake from the local water. The brewery name Ikekame means "turtle in the pond". The turtle is a symbol of good luck in Japan and stands for longevity.
