Yuzu sake with an intense yuzu aroma. The fresh citrus flavours stand out without upsetting the balance between sweet and sour. A light alcoholic drink that can be served neat on ice or mixed in cocktails. Perfect as an aperitif and digestif.

Ninki
This traditional brewery with young ideas brews exclusively ginjo (super-premium). The brand name Ninki means "favourite" and reflects the philosophy of the sake brewers. The snowy terroir of Japan`s north is again evident in the purity of their sake.
