This Junmai Ginjo from bottle fermentation impresses with its fruity aroma and charming, sweet and sour taste. As an aperitif or to finish with a fruity dessert.

Junmai Ginjo is a high-quality premium sake brewed exclusively from water and rice without the addition of alcohol. The degree of polishing is less than 60%.

Ninki
The traditional brewery with young ideas brews exclusively ginjo (super premium). The brand name "Ninki" means "favorite" and reflects the aspirations of the sake brewers. The snowy terroir of Japan`s north is reflected in the purity of their sake.
