Brewed with rhododendron flower yeast using the traditional Kimoto method. Fruity aromas and floral notes are ideally accompanied by mild umami and a creamy texture. The elaborate Kimoto brewing method gives it a fine acidity structure.

Amabuki
Founded in 1688, the name Amabuki means "sky wind". Sake rice from the Saga plain (Saga Prefecture) and mild water from Mount Seburi are processed by brewmasters of the younger generation. Flower yeast sake is a new and successful development at the brewery. They grow their own sake rice without the use of pesticides.
