Sake Set - Warm & Cold
CHF 45.00

Sake, drunk hot or cold? Both are possible with this set. Pour the sake into the tokkuri (bottle) and fill the larger container two-thirds full with boiling water.
Carefully dip the sake bottle in and start heating.
The sake will be lukewarm after about one minute of immersion and hot after three minutes. It can be kept at a temperature of around 50 degrees for a good hour.
And how cold now? Adding ice makes a cold sake bottle in no time at all.

DID YOU KNOW? ...
