Filled with 100 % natural kapok – the traditional filling used for Japanese zafus – it is exceptionally light, shape-retaining, and naturally water-repellent as well as resistant to pests. If the cushion becomes more compact over time, simply placing it in the sun will help restore its volume. One seam is intentionally left partially open, allowing kapok to be added if needed. For care, gently brush or vacuum; stains can be removed by softly rubbing with a damp cloth.
