Fancy a delicious vegetarian dish? This dashi contains two types of onions, cabbage, carrots, ginger and celery seeds.
Free from chemical spices, preservatives and animal ingredients, it maximises the umami content of vegetables. Especially recommended for curries and soups! If you like, you can also tear open the bag and use the contents as a seasoning for fried dishes.

How to cook?
Place the dashi bag in a pan with about half a litre of water. Bring to the boil over a medium heat and simmer for five minutes. Then remove the bag again.
