This Junmai Ginjo from bottle fermentation impresses with its fruity aroma and charming, sweet and sour taste. As an aperitif or to finish with a fruity dessert.

Junmai Ginjo is a high-quality premium sake brewed exclusively from water and rice without the addition of alcohol. The degree of polishing is less than 60 %.

Brewery Ninki:
The traditional brewery with young ideas brews exclusively ginjo (super premium). The brand name "Ninki" means "favorite" and reflects the aspirations of the sake brewers. The snowy terroir of Japan`s north is reflected in the purity of their sake.
