Folding Card – Baby Blue

This sweet baby congratulations card was designed by Japanese illustrator Wakana Nakauchi.
The front shows an elephant happily welcoming the baby along with a teddy bear, a mouse, and a rabbit. On the back, a giraffe, monkey, penguin, cat, and squirrel are celebrating. And inside, the baby is seen in a cradle.
The lettering stands for a happy birth in Japanese.

The soft, warm watercolor colors are typical of Waka Nakauchi`s work, as is the narrative expression that this card also conveys.
