Ingredients: Water, vinegar (brewed vinegar, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar), high fructose corn syrup, sugar, salt, lemon juice, vegetable stock, seaweed stock, acidifier (citric acid), monosodium glutamate (E621).
Made in Japan
For vegetable pickles: Chop the vegetables and put them in a plastic bag with the vinegar. Knead the bag and leave the vegetables to soak in the vinegar for more than 30 minutes.
For cooking meat: You can add this vinegar when cooking meat in a pan. Cook until the vinegar has thickened.
For sushi rice: Add 70 ml of this vinegar to 300 g of cooked, warm rice. Mix well and leave to cool.
